Through gentle movements and Pavanmuktasana Series (Joint Freeing) we release tension and stagnation in the body as well as incense range of movement, focusing on targeting common issues such as back pain, joint ache, sciatica and arthritis. Therapeutic Yoga can also improve flexibility, relieve pain in pelvis and hips as well as reduce stress, leaving you feel relaxed, nourished and rested.

Suitable for all ages, great as a beginners and for anyone affected by MS, ME, fibromyalgia and other chronic illnesses.

Thursday

6:00-7:15pm Vinyasa Flow (from 9th January)

Term “Vinyasa” refers to the alignment of movement with breath commonly known as “flow”. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that involves moving from one pose to the next in a flowing sequence, with the breath coordinating the transitions. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are always doing the same thing every day.

Vinyasa Flow is a more dynamic form of yoga and for that reason is suitable for those with some experience of yoga.

If you’re new to Yoga perhaps start first with Hatha Yoga practice to learn the positions and sequences and then progress to Vinyasa Flow.
