This is slower more soothing practice, focused on holding asanas (postures) for longer in order to reach connective tissues, improve mobility and boost circulation in the joints. Suitable for everyone, beginners and above.
This practice is my personal favourite, mixture of Hatha Yoga with slower pace of sequences with gentle flow, beginning with warm up and stretches, going through Sun Salutation towards some more restorative positions. Suitable for all levels.
Vinyasa translates into FLOW is more dynamic style of yoga where you can really loose yourself in the moment, exploring movement and self-expression. Suitable for all who like to experiment with practice, no rules, no alignment, and just flow.

Martha is an excellent teacher. The chaturanga workshop was really helpful and challenging. It will definitely strengthen and improve my practice. Thank you!! Shel Mackpayk
Just had a 1:1 yoga session with Marta, followed by Thai massage. All I can say is wow. It was amazing. I’ve been in Marta’s classes before, but this was my first 1:1. Marta is a wonderful yoga teacher, and I would definitely recommend her classes, her 1:1 yoga and her massages. Sharon Nevens
Martha is such a fantastic, friendly and vastly knowledgeable yoga teacher... absolutely love her classes, taking them has been one of the best choices I've made in a long time! Recommend anyone wanting to try yoga, or looking for a new class to give Martha a try! Martin Richards
