Freedom Of Movement Yoga offers  transformative yoga classes that empower women to reclaim their bodies and find their voice through movements, somatic healing and mindfulness practices, that promote harmony for the body, mind and soul.

Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga including beginners.

Through yoga, and other healing practices, meditation, sound bath, massage therapies, walking or swimming we can escape the monotonous of everyday life and allow ourselves to experience through state of bliss and wellness

Many students describe the retreats as a “rare treat”, giving yourselves some ‘me – time’.

I am delivering small group classes of Hatha, Yin,  Restorative and Pregnancy Yoga, as well as dedicated workshops and courses at the beautiful Watson House Studio in Morpeth, Northumberland.

Private Yoga Session

If you have any reservations of joining a group yoga session due to injury or any medical condition you can receive therapeutic yoga session especially designed to your own needs.

I can also create for you a dedicated session of Yoga or Thai Yoga Massage in a form of private 1:1 or a group workshop, that is especially designed to your needs and expectations.

FOM Yoga can deliver:

  • Private 1-1 Yoga or Thai Yoga Massage, 
  • Group sessions and workshops of your choice in the Watson House Studio (up to 8 people).

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is also called  “Passive Yoga” and is a private 1-1 experience involving gentle mobilisations, stretches and trigger point therapy. This can be beneficial for anyone who experience chronic pain or chronic conditions such as MS, ME or fibromyalgia.
