FOM Yoga offerings:
On Demand classes
This is slower more soothing practice, focused on holding asanas (postures) for longer in order to reach connective tissues, improve mobility and boost circulation in the joints. Suitable for everyone, beginners and above.
This practice is my personal favourite, mixture of gentle Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga with slower pace of sequences, beginning with warm up and stretches, going through Sun Salutation towards some more restorative positions. Suitable for all levels.
I am delivering small group classes and courses of Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Pregnancy Yoga, as well as dedicated workshops at the beautiful Watson House Studio in Morpeth, Northumberland.

Private Yoga Session
If you have any reservations of joining a group yoga session due to injury or any medical condition you can receive therapeutic yoga session especially designed to your own needs.
I can also create for you a dedicated session of Yoga or Thai Yoga Massage in a form of private 1:1 or a group workshop, that is especially designed to your needs and expectations.
FOM Yoga can deliver:
- Private 1-1 Yoga or Thai Yoga Massage,
- Group sessions and workshops of your choice in the Watson House Studio (up to 8 people).

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is also called “Passive Yoga” and is a private 1-1 experience involving gentle mobilisations, stretches and trigger point therapy. This can be beneficial for anyone who experience chronic pain or chronic conditions such as MS, ME or fibromyalgia.
